As it was said, &#8220;women demand political equality when the revolution is over,&#8221; meaning in times of war and conflict you will not find a woman who wants to lead [and we have to dilute conversations for her satisfaction] in times of prosperity she seeks her knowing the poor quality of the role.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: right;\">________<\/p><p style=\"text-align: right;\">&#8220;Men&#8217;s style of communication supports their social power. In situations where positions are not strictly defined, men tend to be more autocratic and women more democratic when distributing tasks.  <\/p><p style=\"text-align: right;\">In leadership positions, men stand out as directive, task-oriented leaders (as opposed to people-focused, people-first), while women stand out for &#8220;transformational&#8221; leadership, which is increasingly favored by organizations, as well as motivational and social skills that build team spirit.   <\/p><p style=\"text-align: right;\">Men, more than women, emphasize the primacy of victory, progress and dominance over others, which may explain why people prefer a male leader for inter-group competition, such as when countries go to war, rather than a male leader when intra-group conflict occurs.   <\/p><p style=\"text-align: right;\">Men are also more impulsive and take more risks. One study of 35,000 stockbroker accounts found that &#8220;men are more overconfident than women,&#8221; and thus were 45% more likely to trade stocks.
