Study: Marriage remains the best way for women to become wealthy <\/p>

Researchers at the University of North Carolina conducted a study to analyze consumer financial reports based on gender from 1995 to 2017 to study the gender income pattern (for women and men).<\/p>

They found that the richest 1% of American households, with an average income of more than $845,000 per year, only 15% of them needed a wife’s income to enter the wealthy elite, and only 5% of the women in these wealthy households earned the money themselves to join the wealthy elite… <\/p>

In fact, the vast majority of women enter the wealthy class by marrying and accessing their husbands’ wealth…<\/p>

And here I comment: Women have been in the labor market for more than 40 years in most countries of the world, how many self-made millionaire women have made it without the money of their husbands or fathers? <\/p>

The 10 richest women in the world did not create their own wealth, the latest example is the wife of Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon, who suddenly became a billionaire after a divorce, another example is Paris Hilton after she inherited the hotel chain and the billions made by the men in her family, and she is too lazy to run a supermarket by herself… <\/p>
